About llogam Creations

All llogam Creations are hand-crafted with TLC (tender, loving care). Every piece is original and unique. No two pieces will be identical, so you can be assured that yours is the only piece of its kind created by me. Sometimes, however, variations of some designs are made.

I personally select all components in each item to ensure the quality and uniqueness of each piece of jewellery.

I take pride in my work and take great care to ensure that the jewellery you receive is of the finest quality and workmanship. In the unlikely event of a breakage I will repair your item free of charge within 14 days of receipt. If breakage occurs not due to my workmanship, a small fee will be charged to cover the costs of materials and time spent for the repair. Please contact me for a quote.

Ordering

Q: How do I order an item?
A: Just send an me an email quoting the item name.

Q: Can I reserve an item?
A: Of course. Items may be reserved for 7 days.

Q: Oh no! The item I'm interested in has been reserved.
A: No need to fret. Just email me, and I'll check if the person who has reserved it still wants it.

Q: I really like something that's already been sold. Can you make another one for me?
A: As I intend all my pieces to be one-of-a-kind, I will only be able to make you something similar. Email me and we'll discuss how to tweek a design to reflect you and your personality.

Q: Can I commission you to design a piece or set for me?
A: Sure! Just email me to discuss your colour and style preferences and we'll go on from there.

Payment

Q: What are my payment options?
A: I accept PayPal. For Singapore Orders,I also accept funds transfer to my OCBC or POSBank Savings Accounts and personal cheques.

Q: What currency do you accept?
A: I accept Singapore dollars (S$) as well as denominations accepted by Paypal (US Dollars, Australian Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling and Japanese Yen)

Shipping and Handling

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: I ship to Singapore and to various international destinations, including the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. If you are located elsewhere, just email me.

Q: When will I receive my purchase?
A: All items will be sent out within 2 working days after payment has been received/ cheque clears. Delivery may take between 2 days in Singapore, and 4 to 14 days internationally, depending on where you are relative to Singapore.

Jewellery Care

Q: How do I care for my jewellery so that I can enjoy them for years to come?

Do:
  • clean your jewellery after every use by wiping it with a soft, clean cotton cloth;
  • clean your silver jewellery with a silver polishing cloth;
  • store your silver jewellery in a ziploc bag to slow the tarnishing process;
  • store individual pieces of jewellery separately;
  • store your jewellery flat;
  • store your jewellery out of the sun;
  • put on your jewellery last when dressing (after putting on your make-up and perfume).

Do not:
  • have a bath, shower, or go swimming with your jewellery on;
  • spray perfume of hair spray on your jewellery;
  • do housework or exercise with your jewellery on;
  • wear your jewellery to bed;
  • store your jewellery jumbled up together;
  • expose your jewellery to harsh chemicals such as perming or hair colour solutions;
  • hang your jewellery from a hook as the unnecessary pressure may lead to breakage
